Conspiracy Entertainment (OTCBB:CPYE) today announced the signing of a license agreement with CyberFront of Japan to localize and publish one of their projects for the PSP® platform. Under the terms of the agreement, Conspiracy Entertainment will publish and market the game for the North American market.

CyberFront is a Japanese developer and publisher of video games for the PlayStation® 2, PSP® and PC platforms. The company boasts a wide product line with a number of highly popular games, including "Raiden II," "Puzzle Bobble," "Fatal Fury" and "Princess Maker 4."

"In less than a month, we have closed two license agreements that we hope will bring high quality games from Japan to the North American market," said Keith Tanaka, CFO of Conspiracy Entertainment. "One of our goals for 2005 is to expand our product line by introducing new and different products to North American and European gamers. This announcement is another step in that direction."
