Responsibilities: |
Support production staff by executing a variety of tasks related to the development of assigned software products, from concept to release. Work with first party publishers, external developers, licensors and game testers to support the release of products on behalf of the company. Work with budgets and schedules. Work with PR staff on the creation of marketing/press materials, and elements required for print and media advertisements, tradeshows, etc. |

Requirements: |
One to three years of experience in producing platform products. Experience working with at least one product from start to finish. Ability to work on tight schedules and mulitple titles simultaneously. Experience with FTP, dev kits, and first party submission procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |

Conspiracy Entertainment is seeking an Executive Producer to overee our the development of our products worldwide. An individual who will utilize his or her experience in the industry to improve the production and organization processes, oversee the project teams, represent the company to first party, developers and licensors, and manage the entire production team.

Responsibilities: |
Create, implement and oversee production schedules and perform due diligence on projects. Work within production schedules. Oversee the entire production department, including the managment, hiring and firing of staff, working with external localization, and testing compnanies, as well as first party, developers, and licensors when needed. Provide assistance and support to PR and Marketing efforts with regard to sales, marketing, and product management. Mentor and Manage Producers and other production personnel; oversee staffing production teams, including hiring, maintaining and firing talent. |

Requirements: |
Executive Producer or Director level experience of at least 3 years, console background preferred. Experience working with multiple titles from start to finish. Familiarity with first party submission procedures. Knowledge and experience with all aspects of game production (management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, programming / technology, design, art, audio, video, Localizations, QA). Knowledge and understanding of Console hardware, operating systems, and standard APIs for platforms. Excellent written and verbal skills. Abitlity to work closely with many internal and external groups. Understanding of standard project accounting procedures a plusWillingness to travel worldwide for extended lengths of time. |
